When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number and payment confirmation. We never see or store your full card details.

We also collect basic technical information such as your browser, device type and pages visited, so we can keep the store secure and improve the shopping experience.

Your information is used to process orders, deliver parcels, provide customer support, prevent fraud and, when you have opted in, send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email.

We share data only with the service providers required to run the store, such as our payment processor, fulfilment partners and shipping carriers, and only to the extent they need it. We never sell your personal information.

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by writing to info.smooche@gmail.com. We respond to every request within 30 days.
