Refund policy

We want you to love your shade. If the Color Changing Foundation is not the right match for your skin, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info.smooche@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund of the product price. No return shipment is required for guarantee claims.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in new condition and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email info.smooche@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your claim or return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges, where they applied, are not refundable. Sale items and gift cards are refundable under the same terms unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement free of charge or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
