Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre within 24 to 48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. Standard delivery takes 3 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local carrier volumes.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Peak periods, promotions and customs inspections can add a small delay.

The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay. Import duties and taxes are included, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, contact us at info.smooche@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
